The world has been in lockdown mode for almost three months in an effort to control the spread of Covid-19. The measure has been absolutely necessary, however, it has also been the subject of frustrations due to increased weight gain for many individuals. Scores of people that have been struggling with weight issues are finding the situation harder now that they are more sedentary and stressed out than before.

Fortunately, being in lockdown is not a permanent situation. During the time that the restrictions are ongoing, earthlings have an unprecedented opportunity to experience transformation. To set the transformation into motion, it is important to take the time to explore new and more effective ways to work on certain goals, e.g. shedding unwanted pounds.

The elimination of excessive weight is essential for multiple reasons such as health, productivity, and relationships.
