Why Protect Yourself from 5G Radiation?

Recently, health-conscious and aware people have been quite concerned about the switch from 4G to 5G, a technology that is soon to become mandatory for the use of cellular phones and wi-fi. So far, just about everyone on earth has used 4G for cellular communications and wi-fi. For decades, countless research studies have demonstrated that cellular technologies have been found to cause serious DNA damage either when overused or just through mere overexposure.

Even though some studies may intimate that it is the misuse of the technology that causes harm, the waves associated with the technology are pervasive. It is not realistic to completely avoid being exposed to EMF radiation. This type of radiation has been proven to cause irreversible damage to the mitochondria of the cells. EMP and EMF are similar to microwave energy. 

There are new 5G towers systematically being erected in major cities. The 5G technology is said to make our digital communications faster and more effective, but it has some major drawbacks. The towers that power up 5G do emit potent EMR, EMF, and EMP.  As it is common knowledge, 5G is a lot more potent than 4G. 

The main issue with EMP is due to the inconsistency and instability of the pulses’ wavelength. Research studies on the modulation of amplitude of different types of pulses show that even though 5G is very useful, it is not considered to be safe because the waves constantly shift. Technologies and modalities that release steady pulses (e.g. natural crystals, Hz sound frequencies, Reiki, etc.), are considered to be safe and contribute to healing.

 

To prevent numerous health problems, it is essential to understand the technology associated with 5G in order to use it wisely. 

Scientific research conducted in recent years show that in controlled studies on memory and cell damage due to exposure to radiation, the findings were that subjects exposed to EMF radiation had fewer brain cells than necessary for normal function. Radiation adversely affects all bodily organs.

 

Dr. Devra Davis, a professor of medicine and a pioneer in the field of environmental sciences has been doing amazing works.  An internationally acclaimed expert on EMR from mobile phones and other wireless transmitting devices, she and her peers educate the world’s populations on how to protect themselves from the deleterious effects of wireless technologies. 

Dr. Davis is a Visiting Professor of Medicine at the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School, and Visiting Professor of Medicine at Ondokuz Mayis University, in Turkey. She is a  former Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Health in the Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Davis has counseled leading officials in the United States, United Nations, European Environment Agency, Pan American Health Organization, the World Health Organization, and the World Bank.

In her compelling public presentation at the University of Melbourne, Dr. Devra Davis masterfully demonstrates the necessity of protecting oneself from electromagnetic and cellular phones radiation. She also reveals practical ways to achieve such protection.

 

Consequences of toxic exposure to EMR radiation

There are various factors that indicate an unprecedented and noticeable  increase in physical illness and behavioral malfunction in a large number of people. Some of these factors are:

  1. Elevation of free-radicals.
  2. Low immunity.
  3. Inflammation.
  4. Higher rate of tumors and cancers.
  5. Chronic fatigue.
  6. Low sperm count.
  7. Irreversible DNA damage.
  8. Reduced brain cells count.
  9. Memory problems. 
  10. Cognitive impairment.
  11. Extreme aggression.
  12. Unprovoked hostility.
  13. Depression.
  14. Carelessness about the self and others.
  15. Remorselessness.
  16. Self-imposed isolationism and disconnection.
  17. Excessive cravings for psychoactive drugs and all toxic things.
  18. Major apathy coupled with a lack of social accountability.
  19. Obsessive needs for artificial connectivity through the quasi anonymity of social media.

Free-radicals damage contributes to lower immunity that itself causes inflammation. Wherever there is inflammation, there are degenerative diseases. Science shows that inflammation is also responsible for excessive weight gain connected to multiple levels of toxicity. 

Because radiation entails a massive production of free-radicals, many scientists and observers are attributing the above symptoms to high levels of toxicity caused by overexposure to EMR.

 

Toxic exposure and lowering of levels of consciousness

Nowadays, the lives of many people are mainly the expression of low frequency states. It is not an exaggeration to say that there is a new rash of erratic, chaotic behaviors. Observers have reported that 76% of average humans on the planet have their level of consciousness below 200. That level is just the same as that of ordinary mammals! With the growing addiction to an increasing number of apps, people need apps to take a walk, order pizza, or add simple numbers. 

Regardless of how efficient the overuse of wireless-based technologies may make people feel, obviously it is time that they look into ways to reach a form of balance in the way they live.

For protection from EMR, EMF, EMP, and 5G radiation, I recommend:

  1. Shorten the amount of time when you speak with the phone directly applied to the ear (a practice that is hazardous to the brain and the whole body).
  2. Stop carrying cellular phones on the body, especially in pockets and bras. The minimum distance between the device and the body should be at least 1  1/2 inches for compliance with federal safety standards.
  3. Keep bluetooth devices off your ear.
  4. Use headphones or earphones to distance the device from the head. This helps minimize exposure of the brain to radiation.
  5. Do not stay near smart meters. Even parking meters now emit some levels of radiation.
  6. Educate yourself about the safety concerns with microwave ovens and microwave technologies. There is no such a thing as ‘safe’ microwaving.
  7. Avoid excessive use of harmful technologies.
  8. Minimize any amount of time spent near smart meters.
  9. Detoxify the body on all levels.
  10. Use protective devices and specific bio shields that neutralize the effects of radiation.
  11. Learn to measure radiation levels (works for cellular devices, wi-fi, smart meters, towers, etc.)
  12. Introduce into your diet more chlorophyll based foods. Increase the use of marine and aquatic edible products, e.g. seaweed, Spirulina, green juice powders, etc. Also use Japanese miso that mixes well with seaweed. These food products have been traditionally used to counteract the citotoxic effects of radiation.
